📦 Shipping Policy – Aqeel Store

Delivery Area:

We deliver across all UAE cities including Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and others.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all UAE orders.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation or COD order placement.

Weekends or public holidays may slightly delay processing.

Delivery Time:

UAE Local Delivery: 2–5 working days

Tracking link will be provided once the courier ships your order.

Shipping Charges:

Free delivery on orders above AED 150

For orders below AED 150, a delivery fee of AED 10–15 may apply.

Courier / 3PL:

All orders are delivered via Aramex / Fetchr

COD payments are collected by courier and securely transferred to our account.

Returns / Damaged Items:

Items damaged or incorrect can be returned within 3–7 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued via store credit or online refund.
